Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Before Vignette Activation
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if:
- The request is made at least 12 hours before the vignette start date.
- The vignette has not yet been submitted for registration.
To cancel, email [email protected] from the address used during purchase.
2. Refund After Registration
Our Error
If we made an error during registration (wrong plate number, wrong dates, wrong country), you are entitled to a full refund including the service fee.
Customer Error After Activation
If the vignette was registered with data you provided and later found incorrect, we cannot guarantee a refund. We will attempt to correct the data through official channels where possible.
Force Majeure
If registration fails due to a system outage at the toll operator, we will offer a full refund or re-registration at no extra cost.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Include your order ID and reason for cancellation.
- We will respond within 24 hours.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
- Review and Decision: Within 24 hours of receiving your request, we will review and confirm eligibility.
- Payment Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.
